Join us for a week of weaving, stitching, and creating by hand! This is a fun and intimate environment for kids to explore weaving and hand-sewing through projects rooted in curiosity, creativity, sustainability, and self-expression. Come ready to play, experiment, and leave with a collection of handmade work your kiddo will be proud to show off!

Weave wild, colorful artworks, bookmarks and baskets on your very own loom
Create fantastical sculptural weavings with branches, wire, beads and found treasures
Share our art with friends + family at an end-of-the-week showcase!

Kids ages 6 - 10 years old, eager to learn and explore their artistic side in a supportive and engaging environment.

Dates: August 3-7 & August 17-21
Camp Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Late Pick-Up: Until 4:00 PM (+ $25)
West Philly location will be provided upon registration
Accessibility: The studio is located on street level. There is one step to access the bathroom.

Meirav has over 20 years experience working with kids in formal and informal educational environments. She started her own backyard summer camp in her hometown of Sharon, MA when she was only 13 and has been working with kids since in different capacities, including through private art lessons, art therapy, and museum education and enrichment programs.
